This might save you a lot of time and frustration. I recently decided to change from an old wired house alarm to a wireless system. I had time so I went on line and contacted about six companies. A brief summary...two never returned my calls after leaving messages twice, one told me he was too busy to call to see me, one does not make house calls and will only quote on line, two called to the house and sent quotes, of these one was more interested in watching the time and in taking phone calls and the other said he would be back to me to clarify some information and I am still waiting. I had all but given up when a colleague recommended Matt Murtagh who had fitted his house alarm .I called Matt who is now working for himself. We found Matt to be the only true professional in the business .He called to see us, checked everything, made his recommendations , fitted the alarm, and followed up on every detail.His service is the best of seven companies we tried to do business with and he is a gentleman to deal with.
